Practice the Science, Art & Magic of Walking and Yoga
Walking is a balancing act, shifting your weight from one foot to another with a moment of balancing on one foot at a time. This dynamic, complex process is largely unconscious, thus reinforcing imbalances with each step. Bringing conscious awareness to the process reveals your habits, weaknesses and imbalances so that each step, just as each yoga pose, becomes an opportunity for healing, balance and grace.
Whether you are not as steady on your feet walking or in balancing poses in yoga as you would like, join Leslie for a fun and informative afternoon and Walk This Way.

Leslie incorporates restorative yoga into all of her public classes and with her private students. She will share her knowledge of how to discern appropriate practices that are accessible to each and every body. All students, teachers and caregivers are welcome to join. Through practice and play, you will connect with your inner wisdom and B Restored!
