Experience and learn to teach restorative poses in both active and restorative asana classes as dynamic and static forms of meditation

Practice the art of playing with props to create stability for tender joints and ease in tight tissues

Receive a Saturday evening restorative practice with live sound healing

To Set free... liberate from captivity into its natural habitat...

The nature of the psoas is multi-faceted. It is a core messenger of our structure and our nervous system.

It will not be forced into submission with intense stretches. It has too much intelligence for that.

It will not be reduced to the singular job of hip flexion. It has too much structural integration for that.

It will be released through a combination of embodied awareness, relaxation techniques and core engagement.

Join me at Light on Lotus to build your awareness of this key muscle and find freedom in your posture, gait and - of course - bridge pose.
